Over 20 years with Industrial Furnace Company.
Bill first worked with multiple hearth furnaces while serving as a summer engineering intern in a copper smelter in his home town in Arizona. After getting his engineering degree, he spent a few years in other industries before coming back to multiple hearth furnaces for good in 1977. In 1982, he joined up with IFCO to form a new division, MHF Services.
Adding Bill's engineering abilities to IFCO’s construction capability set in motion the company’s growth towards becoming a full-service furnace supplier. IFCO’s capabilities now include all phases of engineering and design, from concept development and process engineering, through mechanical and electrical design, to final startup and testing.
Bill's in-depth knowledge of all phases of furnace engineering and construction, coupled with his years of experience with many different MHF applications, are a valuable resource for our customers. They can rest assured that while their project will incorporate state-of-the-art materials and systems, it will be based on tried and true design and construction principles.
Bill is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is presently a member of ASME, the Water Environment Federation, and NFPA.
