We supplied IFCO special-shape drop holes, new hearths, new burners, a centershaft section, arms, teeth and a top bearing. We also provided 13 new burner control panels and 1 combustion control panel. Following installation, IFCO provided training for the employees in this waste water treatment plant. IFCO has recently been providing more companies with complete system optimization for both Multiple Hearth Furnaces and Fluidized Bed Incinerators. The scope of services includes data gathering, visual inspections of current incinerators, operations staff interviews and monitoring, and a complete summary report of the findings. The summary report includes an assessment of the existing system and an evaluation of any process or configuration variations with regard to how they might negatively impact the
Plant’s operations and maintenance. The reports also address the level of effort and steps required to optimize the Incinerator to its peak performance levels and, if necessary, bring the equipment up to current standards and codes.
IFCO is proud to reach out to the Rochester Community and has provided support to many local organizations.
