EXPERTISE: We have constructed and rehabilitated MHF’s in 47 American states, Puerto Rico, Canada, Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America.
ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES: We offer a full range of engineering services. Further, we work directly with a number of international firms whose specialized abilities we can bring to bear on a project as needed.
INSPECTION SERVICE: Provide a complete interior and exterior inspection. The written report discusses current problems, forecasts possible future concerns, and provides long term solutions. We also provide personnel training as well as startup and system optimization.
CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS: Integration services division that supplies equipment and service technicians for instrumentation, data acquisition, and control systems.
COMBUSTION SYSTEMS: In addition to being a distributor/installer for North American Mfg., we are able to service all types of burner systems.
REFRACTORY Rc : We have developed a standard shape brick hearth in which the out-hearths drop holes are constructed with prescription sized drop holes altered to the customer’s specifications.
PARTS AND PATTERNS: Supply complete parts and patterns for all the manufactured MHF’s in existence. Our foundry and machine shop pour grey iron and ductile steel as well as stainless steel castings in any quantity.
RESEARCH LABORATORY: Our facility operates a 36" O.D. x (4) Hearth MHF with continuous feed capabilities.
WET SCRUBBER SYSTEMS: Supplier and installer of Wet Scrubber systems for all types of industrial furnace applications.
MHF WAREHOUSER: 100,000 square foot warehouse that stocks a full line of refractory products as well as furnace parts and castings.
MULTI-CRAFTED TRADESMEN: Our personnel are capable of servicing all facets of our industry. We employ masons, welders, carpenters, millwrights, riggers, electricians, control and instrument technicians, mechanics, and painters.
SAFETY FIRST: Employees complete the OSHA HAZWOPER Training Course and an IFCO training course to maintain knowledge in all applied areas of their fields.
