ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES: Our engineering staff provides full technical and design services for all systems served by IFCO, including drawings, specifications and P.E. stamp when required.
INDUSTRIAL PIPING: Process and stainless steel piping, oil and natural gas lines. Installation of combustion systems and high/low pressure steam systems.
CERTIFIED WEDFLING SERVICES: Our welders are qualified in accordance with ASME and AWS standards. IFCO maintains a New York “R” certification for welding repairs to pressure vessels.
REFRACTORIES: Supplier, warehouser, and installer of refractory materials and industrial insulation products for all types of industrial furnaces, heat treat furnaces, incinerators, boilers, stacks, and industrial kilns.
HIGH TEMPERATURE COATINGS: For metals, ceramics, and fabrics. These coatings will increase service life, increase corrosion resistance, reduce thermal shock and stress, and provide heat and fire protection (up to 3000 degrees Fahrenheit).
FABRICATION, FOUNDRY, AND MACHINE SHOP: Metal fabrication services. We also have a foundry that pours grey iron and ductile steel as well as stainless castings in any size and quantities.
MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES: Structural steel services. Miscellaneous iron work. Installation of all types of mechanical. equipment.
BREECHING/STACKS: Installation and repair of new and existing breeching, refractory lined metal stacks, duct work, etc.
DEMOLITION SERVICES: Demolition, dismantlement of miscellaneous structures and vessels. Site cleanup. Concrete breaking.
TANKS: Fabricate and repair all types of tanks ranging from storage, acid, chemical, deaereator, condensate, and more. Also, provide a complete range of lining systems for tanks and vessels.
INSULATION SERVICE: Install of insulating materials for tanks, piping systems, boilers, duct/breeching, and metal stacks.
CORROSION PROTECTION SYSTEMS: Supplier and installer of high performance protective coatings (epoxies, vinylesters) for concrete, trench and tank lining systems, providing chemical and abrasion resistance. Polymer concrete products used in building/re-building sumps, pump and machinery pads.
SCAFFOLDING SERVICES: Full service scaffolding division with OSHA certified scaffold erectors. No job is too small or too large for our experienced scaffolding crews.
CONTROL & INSTURMENET DIVISION: Services ranging from combustion system tune up to designing/implementing process control and SCADA systems. Also operate UL certified Panel shop.
SAFETY TRAINED LABOR FORCE: Employees complete the OSHA HAZWOPER (covers hazardous material, confined space, and other topics) training course and OSHA 10-HOUR Class. this ensures our customers that the work is going to be completed safely on each and every job. Our safety training records are available upon request.
